Dear Members,

One of the respected member of our community has suggested to start a "Var Vadhu Parichay Sammelan" in metro cities. According to him this is the need of the hour and it will help our members to find a suitable match for their kids. What do you think ? Whether we should have it ? We would like to invite your comments and views on having these types of sammelam in metro cities. Please post your views in this thread.

सामूहिक विवाह के मायने

प्रिय मित्रो, जय श्री नामदेव,

जैसा कि आप जानते है श्री नामदेव छीपा समाज सेवा समिति, फालना 07.02.2010 को सामूहिक विवाह कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करने जा रही है। इस हेतु एक विज्ञप्ति भी जारी कि गयी है जिसे आप अपनी वेबसाइट "www.namdevchhipasamaj.net" पर देख सकते है। हम आशा करते है कि उनका यह कार्यक्रम भी पिच्छले कार्यक्रमों कि तरह सफल रहेंगा। हमारी शुभकामनाये उनके साथ है।

यहाँ पर हम आपसे यह जानना चाहते है कि आप इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों के बारे में क्या सोचते है। अगर आप के मन में इसे बेहतर बनाने के लिए कोई सुझाव है तो उसे यहाँ पर प्रकट कर सकते है। इस विषय के बारे में यहाँ पर चर्चा का उद्देश्य सिर्फ़ इतना ही है कि समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के सदस्यों के विचार विमर्श से भविष्य में होने वाले इस तरह के आयोजनों की रूपरेखा तैयार की जा सके और उन्हें बेहतर बनाया जा सके। आपका सहयोग अपेक्षित है.

क्या हम नामदेव वंशी नहीं है ?

Dear Members,

One of our respected members of Shri Namdev Chhipa Samaj Community has objected on using the words "Namdev Vanshi" in our website. According to him :-

"धन्यवाद वेबसाइट के लिए मगर site में वंशी शब्द को हटायिगाजी. क्योकि अपन न तो नामदेववंशी है और न नामदेवपंथी. हमारे छीपा/शिम्पी समाज में नामदेवजी महाराज ने जन्म लिया है अतः वे पूजनीय है, जैसे पुरोहित समाज में खेतारामजी संत हुए है.. नामदेवजी महाराज के सोलहवी,सत्रहवी व अठारहवी पीढी के वंशज अभी पंढरपुर में रह रहे है जिनसे मैं 3 साल पहले मिल चुका हूँ... अतः ये वंशी शब्द leagaly सही नहीं है."

I request all our esteemed members to please comment on this topic and share your views on the captioned issue. Your thoughts will help "Shri Namdev Vitthal Seva Mandal, Mumbai" to decide whether to keep "Namdev Vanshi" words in the website or not.

Dear Friends,

We have taken first step and started our new website "www.namdevchhipasamaj.net" for the benefit of all our Samaj Members. The various section which has been created in the website are as under -

2. Database of all Members with their addresses and contact details.
3. Our various institutions who are rendering social services and details about their activities.
4. Career Counselling.
5. Library and Book Bank.
6. Arbitration.
7. Articles & Reader's Views etc.

The idea behind creating this website is to bring all members of our Samaj under one roof and share information with them. The Members can share their views with other members as well. Through this website we will be passing on information on the various activities which will be carried out and they can participate. We hope that with support of all the Members the object will be achieved.
