आजकल समाज में सामूहिक विवाह के आयोजन होना एक अच्छा संकेत हे. इसके लिए आयोजनकर्ता बधाई के हक़दार हे. वे अपनी और से बेस्ट कोशिश करके अच्छा से अच्छा विवाह करते हे. अब एक विषय पर और मंथन करने की जरुरत हे की इस आयोजन में आमिर और गरीब किस प्रकार से भागीदार बन सकते हे. क्या ये आयोजन हमेशा की तरह अघोषित रूप से गरीबो के भावनाओ से खिलवाड़ के रूप में , उनको इस एहसान तले दबने के रूप में आयोजित होते रहेंगे. कहने को गरीबो के उत्थान के लिए इसे आयोजन होना बताया जाता हे लेकिन एक स्वाभिमानी गरीब को परोक्ष रूप में अपमानित होना पड़ता हे. मेरे विचार से इस विषय पर गहरे से विचार विमर्श की जरुरत हे. आशा हे समाज का प्रबुद्ध वर्ग इस पर दिल से विचार विमर्श करेगा. आज बस इतना ही . और समय मिलने पर फिर विचार शुरू करेंगे.

This is my personal views regarding to open a polytechnic college in our
area.
As we know that our area specially Pali & Sirohi District is not having
a single college of Diploma Engineering.
We can open this college in the name of Sant Shree Namdev Polytechnic College.
We all should think together to have views & suggestion on this idea.

Specially ours & other community people in this area,are going outside
Rajsthan for Higher & Engineering education, for this we need Polytechnic
College.
As we know that this is the initial thinking on this subject,we can approach
senior people in the community & their views regarding this matter.
With the help of Samaj senior person, we can have look on this proposal
& can go for further actions.

In my opinion this is very good for the development of our future generation
& their well being.
This is possible only with the help & guidence of our Samaj Bandhu & their
will power & money power.
I think there are so many people in our community & other community who
can help us to open up a polytechnic college in our area.

Many people among us must be thinking that this impossibe to open up a
Diplama Engineering College, but how this possible in the other states.
I have my views that with the blessing of Sant Shree Namdev, nothing is
impoosible & where there is a will there is a way.
With the help of our community people everything is possible. For this
we can take the e.g. of Samuhik Vivah which is very successful.

Sanganeri Hand Block Printed Textiles Get GI Protection

Brief Note: 500 year old Sanganeri hand block printed textiles, renowned
for delicate floral motifs, will now be protected as a geographical indication
under Geographical Indication of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act,
1999. This means that no printed textiles made outside the identified
geographical area of Sanganer town in Rajasthan can be legally sold under
the name of Sanganeri Hand Block Prints. Geographical Indication Registry,
Chennai based competent authority, has recently issued the GI certificate
for Sanganeri Hand Block Prints. The GI certificate would help counter
threats from hand block and screen printed textiles produced in other regions
and countries, but sold in India under the tag of Sanganeri print. With
suitable marketing initiatives, GIs can also be commercially leveraged
for enhancing incomes of about fifteen hundred artisan families, while
providing assurance of product quality to consumers.

The GI certificate has not only recognised uniqueness and distinct identity
of Sanganeri hand block prints in dress material, but also of related products
such as home furnishing manufactured in the traditional manner by the community
of Chhipas. The application seeking GI registration of these products
was filed in December 2008. Subsequently the GI Registry undertook a rigorous
process of scrutiny to ascertain the unique properties and reputation of
Sanganeri hand block printed textiles and their link with the area of production
in Rajasthan.

The art of hand-block printing and design was developed to a high level
of sophistication in Sanganer, and this small sixteenth-century village
blossomed into one of India’s busiest artisan centers. Traditionally,
the genius of the artisans and their print designs lay in their understanding
of patterns, fabric surfaces and the use of space. The traditional Jaipur
buti, usually a floral or animal motif, was carved on to a small square
wooden block. The carved block was pressed on to a piece of padded fabric
dipped into a vegetable dye and the motif was then printed on to the cloth
at carefully measured intervals. The same process was repeated with different
blocks and colours, resulting in beautiful geometric patterns of astonishing
regularity. well-proportioned lyrical motifs. The traditional process of
Sanganeri hand block printing has changed only marginally over the centuries.

DFID-supported UNCTAD’s India project through its partners – Indian
Merchants’ Chamber Mumbai, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI)
and Rural Non-Farm Development Agency (RUDA) of Government of Rajasthan
- worked closely with the artisan community in Sanganer for seeking the
GI certificate. This was done through awareness building campaigns, community
mobilization and technical assistance for preparing the GI application.
This is the seventh product which has received GI certificate as a result
of UNCTAD project’s interventions. Similar initiatives under the project
have helped weavers and artisans to receive GI certificates for Pipli Applique
work of Orissa; Lucknow Chikan Craft; Uppada Jamdani Sarees of Andhra Pradesh;
Cannanore Home furnishing; Banarasi Sarees and Brocades; and Balaramapuram
Sarees and Fabrics.

Geographical indication (GI) is an Intellectual Property Right (IPR) which
identifies a good as originating in a certain region where a given quality,
reputation or other characteristic of the product is essentially attributable
to its geographical origin. Geographical indications are different from
other intellectual property like copyrights and trademarks. While copyrights
and trademarks are monopoly private intellectual property rights, GIs are
publicly owned by the artisans/ producers of the concerned product. Producers
of similar products in other geographical regions are excluded from using
the GI tag. The protection accorded through GIs seeks to prevent illegitimate
entities from free riding on the reputation of the protected product.

Most producers and artisans of traditional and unique products in India
lack the resources for seeking GI registration. Left to themselves, the
artisans and farmers would not be able to take advantage of legal protection
under. UNCTAD’s India project is implementing a comprehensive initiative
aimed at assisting resource poor artisans, weavers and farmers to seek
GI registration of their unique products.

Mr. Kunj Bihari Udaiwal, President- Calico Printers Co- Operative Society
said that the GI Protection to Sanganeri hand block print will benefit
almost 1500 artisan families of Sanganer.

सफरनामा

Mata Vaishnodevi Haridwar Kumbh Yatra, 2010 was organised by Shri Namdev Vitthal Sewa Mandal, Mumbai in which 200 members of Chhipa Samaj from all over India and about 40 service staff have participated. Our caterer from Mumbai in two big tempos loaded with all necessary ingredients were travelling alongwith yatris to provide hot and homely food during yatra. We provided mineral water to all our yatris for 12 days. Shri Jagdishji Parihar, Medical Practitioner of our samaj was always at service to take care of health related issues.

It started on 19.04.2010 from Mumbai by Swaraj express for Jammu. After arriving Jammu on 20.4.2010 all yatris were transferred to Katra by 5 buses and checked into Yatri Niwas managed by J & K Tourism Development Corporation. After dinner some of the yatris started for uphill climb to trikuta hills for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan whereas some started in the morning by Helicopter. 45 Yatris were booked for helicopter for one way journey and 15 for return journey.

On 22nd April, early morning we started for Shivkhodi by bus and after darshan and lunch we moved for Jammu and reached there in the evening and checked into Sarswati Dham managed by Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine Board. Next day Jammu local sightseeing and after lunch started for Ghoman gaon, a remote place in Punjab where Namdevji spent 18 yrs of his life. Night halt in the Gurudwara and next day i.e on 24th April, morning started for Amritsar. Golden Temple, Jalianwalla Bagh and Wagah Boarder and in the evening boarded in the train "Amritsar Dehradun Express" for Haridwar.

Arrived Haridwar on 25th April and checked in Kumar Dharmshala on Bheem Goda Road. Kumbh Snan and day was free for shopping. On 26th went to Rishikesh and after local sightseeing in Haridwar, in the evening started for Vrindavan by 4 luxury buses. Next day though bit late in view of traffic near Meerut and Aligarh arrived at Vrindavan and checked into Radhika Trust Ashram. After lunch went for Banke Bihariji darshan and local temples in Vrindavan. Night halt in the Ashram. On 28th went to Agra (Tajmahal) and on way back visited Mathura, Gokul and reached Delhi late in the night. On 29/04/2010 went to Akshardham, Delhi sightseen and in the evening a small function was organised to felicitate people who have extended their support in this yatra.

On 30th April upto lunch was free for shopping and boarded in Garib Rath at 03.40 PM for Mumbai with sweet memories. Arrived Mumbai on 1st May, 2010. Yatra ended.

सानिया मिर्ज़ा शोएब मलिक

भारत की टेनिस सनसनी सानिया मिर्ज़ा पाकिस्तानी क्रिकेट खिलाडी शोएब मलिक से शादी करने जा रही है. मिर्ज़ा इस देश की स्टार खिलाडी है जिन्होंने महिला टेनिस में कई उपलब्धिया हासिल कर हमारा सर गर्व से ऊंचा किया. एक खेल पत्रकार के घर मुंबई में जन्मी व हैदराबाद में पली बढ़ी सानिया को टेनिस में उनके योगदान के लिए 2004 में अर्जुन अवार्ड व 2006 में पद्मश्री से सम्मानित किया गया.

अंग्रेजी में एक कहावत है कि "Marriages are made in heaven". हमें यह तो नहीं पता कि सानिया या शोएब कि जोड़ी इस कहावत में कहा तक फिट बैठती हे लेकिन इतना जरूर पता है कि हैदराबाद कि यह बाला भले ही टेनिस के मैदान में शानदार strokes लगाने में माहिर हो लेकिन शादी जैसा अहम् stroke लगाने में अभी नादान व अपरिपक्व है. पूर्व में पाकिस्तानी क्रिकेट खिलाडी इमरान खान व मोहसिन खान ने भी विदेशी कन्याओ से शादी की रस्म निभाई थी लेकिन न जाने क्या हुआ कि ज्यादा दिन चल नहीं पाई. अरे भाई, हम यह नहीं सोच रहे है कि सानिया के साथ भी ऐसा ही होगा. इंशाल्लाह, उनकी जोड़ी सलामत रहे और किसी कलमुहे कि नज़र न लगे. वो टेनिस भी खेलती रहे भले ही भारत के लिए खेले या पाकिस्तान के लिए - खेल तो आखिर खेल है. चाहे हम ताली बजाए या पाकिस्तानी - क्या फर्क पड़ता है.

हम तो सिर्फ इतना ही सोच रहे थे कि ऐसा क्या हुआ कि 100 करोड़ से ज्यादा कि आबादी वाले इस देश में सानिया को अपनी पसंद का एक लड़का नहीं मिल सका. और जो मिला उसके साथ सगाई से आगे बात ही नहीं पहुच पाई. अरे ऐसा भी क्या इश्क कि जोड़ीदार को पाकिस्तान से बुलाना पड़े ? ये क्या बात हुई. हमें बता दिया होता तो हम दूल्हो कि लाइन लगा देते. नहीं तो कम से कम Television पर एक स्वयंवर ही रचा देते. हम तो यह बात भी नहीं समझ पा रहे है कि आखिर सानिया मिर्ज़ा, श्रीदेवी व हेमामालिनी जैसो को शादी शुदा लड़के ही क्यों पसंद आते है ? खैर, शादी का फैसला उनका निजी है और किसी के निजी जीवन में झाँकने कि हमारी आदत नहीं. हम तो सिर्फ इतना ही कहते है कि - खुदा खैर करे.

5 करोड़ की माला

अपने प्रशंसको द्वारा रैली में पहनाई गयी ५ करोड़ की माला मायावती को भारी पड़ रही है. इस तरह के कारनामो की वजह से हमेशा सुर्खियों में रहनेवाली मायावती व उनके कार्यकर्ताओ को आयकर विभाग की गहरी छानबीन का सामना करना पड़ सकता है. आयकर विभाग द्वारा अब तक की जांच में मालूम पड़ा है की माला की कुल कीमत ५ करोड़ रुपये है जबकि बहुजन समाजवादी पार्टी का यह कहना था कि माला में सिर्फ २१ लाख रुपये के नोटों का ही इस्तेमाल हुआ है. विभाग १००० रुपये के नोटों के सौर्स के बारे में भी जानकारी एकत्रित कर रहा है और हम उम्मीद करते है कि जल्दी ही सारी बाते स्पष्ट हो जाएगी.

कार्यकर्ताओ द्वारा प्रिय नेताओ के प्रति अपना विश्वास व्यक्त करने की परंपरा हमेशा से इस देश में रही है लेकिन इसे व्यक्त करने में अगर पैसो का भद्दा प्रदर्शन किया जाय तो उसे किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं ठहराया जा सकता. यह वही मायावतीजी है जिन्होंने यह कहकर कि उनकी सरकार भयंकर आर्थिक तंगी से गुजर रही है, पिछले दिनों भगदड़ में मारे गए ६३ लोगो की वित्तीय सहायता के प्रस्ताव को ठुकरा दिया था. इतना ही नहीं देश भर में इतना हो-हल्ला होने के बावजूद दुसरे ही दिन फिर माला पहनकर उन्होंने अपने राजनेतिक प्रतिद्वंदियों को चिड़ाने की कोशिश की थी. उनके एक कार्यकर्ता का तो इतना कहना था कि अगर बहनजी राजी हो गयी तो आज के बाद उनके स्वागत में हमेशा नोटों की ही माला पहनाई जाएगी. अभी कुछ दिनों पहले मायावती के पुतले लगाने का मामला सामने आया था जिस पर जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई का करोडो रुपया खर्च कर दिया गया था.

उपरोक्त घटनाक्रम से यह स्पष्ट है की मायावती व उनकी पार्टी अपनी हरकतों से बाज़ नहीं आ रही. यह उचित ही है कि आयकर विभाग, जो केंद्र सरकार के अंतर्गत आता है और जिसे मायावती का समर्थन हासिल है, ने छानबीन शुरू कर दी है और मामला कुछ ही दिनों में साफ़ हो जायेगा. कांग्रेस को भी चाहिए कि वो अपनी सहयोगी पार्टियों के आचरण पर नज़र रखे और उन्हें गाहे बगाहे जनता के प्रति अपनी जवाबदेही की याद दिलाती रहे. इस तरह की घटनाए केंद्र सरकार की साख पर भी विपरीत असर डालती है. मायावती व उनके कार्यकर्ताओ को अपना आचरण सुधारना होगा क्योकि आज के ज़माने में जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के पैसे का दुरूपयोग अगर इस तरह से होने लगा तो वो दिन दूर नहीं जब उत्तर प्रदेश की जनता उन्हें अगले चुनाव में विधान सभा से बाहर का रास्ता दिखा देगी.

NRI हुसैन

मशहूर चित्रकार हुसैन ने आखिर अपना भारतीय पासपोर्ट सरेंडर कर दिया. मुंबई के एक दैनिक अख़बार में यह खबर पढ़कर न हमें आश्चर्य हुआ और न ही सदमा लगा लेकिन उनका यह व्यवहार हमें अतिरंजित व पूर्वाग्रहों से ग्रस्त जरूर लगा. अब वो भारत के नागरिक नहीं रहे. यह वही देश है जिसने उन्हें इतनी उचाइयो तक पहुचाया व अन्तराष्ट्रीय ख्याति दिलाई. यह वही देश है जहा पर उन्होंने अपने करियर की शुरुआत एक विज्ञापन होर्डिंग्स के मामूली पेंटर के रूप में की और विकास की पायदान चढ़ते हुए एक दिन उस मुकाम पर पहुचे कि उनकी पेटिंग्स करोडो में बिकने लगी. अपनी कुछ विवादास्पद रचनाओ के लिए उन पर कई सारे मुकदमे दर्ज हुए और इन्ही के चलते एक दिन उन्हें यह देश छोड़कर जाना पड़ा और निर्वासित की जिंदगी बिताने लगे. 95 साल के एक प्रतिष्ठित कलाकार के लिए देश छोड़ना एक मुश्किल निर्णय जरूर रहा होगा लेकिन भारतीय नागरिकता को छोड़ना, वो भी उस समय जब उनके खिलाफ सारे मुकदमे वापिस ले लिए गए हो, अतिवादी जरूर लगता है. यहाँ की सरकार ने उन्हें यह भी भरोसा दिलाया था कि यदि वे भारत वापस लोटते है तो उनकी सुरक्षा का पूरा इंतजाम किया जायेगा लेकिन इसके बावजूद उन्होंने अपना फैसला नहीं बदला.

यहाँ के बुद्धिजीवियों को उनका यह फैसला शायद उचित न लगे लेकिन क्या यह जरूरी है की हम उनके इस निर्णय पर आंसू बहाए ? क्या हम इस बात के लिए शर्मिंदा हो कि एक भारतीय कलाकार को दूसरे देश में अपना आशियाना तलाश करना पड़ रहा है ? शायद नहीं. एक ऐसा कलाकार जो हमेशा दोहरी नीति अपनाता था चाहे वो चित्रकारी हो या फिल्म निर्माण. हिन्दू देवी देवताओ की नग्न तस्वीरे बनाकर (कृपया उपरोक्त तस्वीर देखे जिसमे नग्न माँ दुर्गा को शेर के साथ आपत्तिजनक अवस्था में चित्रित किया गया है) उन्होंने अपने भीतर छिपी द्वेष व घृणा की भावना को उजागर किया. हिन्दुओ द्वारा उठाई आपत्ति पर कभी एक्सप्लेनेशन तक देना जरूरी नहीं समझा लेकिन इसी तरह के दुसरे विषयों पर मुस्लिमो की आपत्ति के मद्देनज़र उन्होंने तुरंत माफ़ी मांगने से परहेज नहीं किया. ऐसा भेदभाव क्यों ? एक कलाकार को धार्मिक भावनाओ की क़द्र करनी आनी चाहिए. उसके लिए सब धर्म समानता का हक़ रखते है. हुसैन एक महान कलाकार है ओर एक महान कलाकार से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वो अपनी कला के माध्यम से प्रेम और सोहार्द्र का सन्देश दे ना कि नफरत का.

इस देश में कलाकारों की कोई कमी नहीं. कला व चित्रकारी हुसैन पे ख़त्म नहीं होती. उसके आगे भी दुनिया है. हुसैन अगर देश छोड़ के जाना चाहते है तो बेशक जाये. भारत उनकी कला का मोहताज नहीं. कोई भी कलाकार जन-भावनाओ से ऊपर नहीं होता. हम उनके इस निर्णय से न तो आहत है न शर्मिंदा. हुसैन अगर यह समझते है कि नागरिकता छोड़कर वो भारत को बहुत बड़ा झटका दे देंगे तो ग़लतफ़हमी में है. मुर्गा अगर बांग नहीं देगा तो क्या सुबह नहीं होगी ?

मंदिर में भगदड़

उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रतापगढ़ जिले के कुंडा गाँव में लखनऊ से 177 किलोमीटर दूर राम जानकी मंदिर (कृपालूजी महाराज आश्रम) में भंडारे के लिए इकठ्ठा हुई 25000 लोगो की भीड़ में मची भगदड़ में 65 महिलाओ व बच्चो को अपनी जान से हाथ धोना पड़ा. कितनी शर्म की बात है कि विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकत्रांतिक देश में जो महाशक्ति बनने का दम भरता है 65 लोगो को सिर्फ इसलिए अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी क्योकि वहा पर सुरक्षा के जरूरी इंतजाम नहीं थे. आश्रमों व मंदिरों में व्याप्त कुप्रबंधन का यह जीता जागता उदाहरण है जो हमें यह सोचने पर मजबूर करता है कि नागरिको की सुरक्षा के मामले में हम नगण्य है. इतनी बड़ी भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए या तो समुचित उपाय किये नहीं गए और अगर किये गए तो वे पर्याप्त नहीं थे. प्रशासनिक अकर्मण्यता का इससे बड़ा सबूत और क्या हो सकता है कि जहा पर इतने लोग इकठ्ठा हुए हो वहा पर पुलिस व प्रशासन द्वारा भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए जरूरी सावधानिया तक नहीं बरती गई.

बच्चे इस देश का भविष्य है. औरतो व बच्चो कि सुरक्षा सरकार व प्रशासनिक तंत्र की अहम् जिम्मेदारी है और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार इसमें निश्चित रूप से असफल हुई है. इस देश में घटित भगदड़ की यह पहली घटना नहीं है. अक्सर इस तरह के हादसे हमें आंदोलित करते रहते है लेकिन अफ़सोस इस बात का है कि हम अपनी गलतियों से सीख नहीं पाते. जरूरत इस बात कि है हम ऐसी घटनाओ से सबक ले और यह सुनिश्चित करे कि ऐसी घटनाए फिर न हो. यह अच्छी बात है कि आश्रम प्रबंधन के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और घटना की उच्च स्तरीय जाँच के आदेश दे दिए गए है. अब यह पुलिस व प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि वो जल्द से जल्द इस मामले के दोषी लोगो को कानूनी शिकंजे में कसे.

हम अखिल भारतीय नामदेव वंशी छीपा समाज के सभी सदस्य इस हादसे में मृतक लोगो के प्रति अपनी संवेदना प्रकट करते है और प्रार्थना करते है कि ईश्वर उनके परिवार वालो को इस सदमे को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करे.

दिनांक ०१.०३.२०१० को श्री नामदेव नवयुवक मंडल, मुंबई द्वारा आयोजित होली महोत्सव एक सफल व शानदार आयोजन था. नवयुवक मंडल के पदाधिकारी एवं सभी सदस्य बधाई के पात्र है. राजस्थानी कलाकारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम ने महोत्सव में चार चाँद लगा दिए तथा श्री हसमुखजी के सशक्त प्रस्तुतीकरण ने कार्यक्रम को सही दिशा दी. दानदाताओ को साफा व हार पहनाकर स्वागत करना श्री नामदेव वंशी छीपा समाज की उत्कृष्ट परम्पराओ के अनुकूल था. कार्यक्रम में पंजाब से पधारे हुए कैप्टेन जसबीर सिंगजी व राजस्थान से पधारे हुए अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों का स्वागत कर समाज सेवा में उनके योगदान को सराहा गया. महोत्सव में विभिन्न प्रकार की ऊँची बोलिया लगाकर भक्तो ने संत नामदेवजी के प्रति अपने अपार प्रेम का इज़हार किया.

महोत्सव में भोजन प्रसाद की व्यवस्था मीरा रोड व भायंदर वासियों की तरफ से की गयी थी. नयवुवक मंडल के सदस्यों ने शांतिपूर्वक महिलाओ को अपने स्थान पर भोजन परोसने की पुरानी प्रथा की फिर शुरुआत की जिसके लिए हम उन्हें धन्यवाद देते है. रात्रि १० बजे तक चले इस कार्यक्रम में कूपन बिक्री के विजेताओ को भी पुरस्कृत किया गया जिसकी घोषणा श्री शेषमलजी भाटी व श्री बंशीलालजी परमार द्वारा की गयी.

कार्यक्रम के अंत में श्री भरतजी चोहान, अध्यक्ष ने उपस्थित समाज बंधुओ का आभार प्रकट किया.

Holi Mahotsav

Shri Namdev Navyuvak Mandal, Mumbai after successfully organising 1st Holi Mahotsav in 2009 is organising 2nd Holi Mahotsav on 01.03.2010 at Bhayander, Mumbai on the land belonging to Chhipa Samaj. We welcome this move which is targetted towards bringing all our community members under one roof. We wish them all the best and hope that the organisers will keep the spirit in organising these type of festivals in future also which provides not only a platform for get-together but also help us maintaining our cultural values. All are cordially invited for this mahotsav followed by meal and a cultural programme.

पुणे बम धमाका

कल पुणे में हुआ बम ब्लास्ट संवेदनहीन आतंकवादियो द्वारा अंजाम दी गई एक शर्मनाक करतूत है और हम अखिल भारतीय नामदेव वंशी छीपा समाज के सभी सदस्य इस निकृष्ट मानवीय कुकृत्य की घोर निंदा करते है. किसी भी सभ्य समाज में इस तरह की बर्बर धटनाओ के लिए कोई जगह नहीं होती तथा इसे अंजाम देने वाले आतंकवादी व उनके संगठन कठोर क़ानूनी कार्यवाही के हक़दार होते है. हम आशा करते है की हमारी जाँच एजेंसिया इसके लिए जिम्मेदार लोगो को बिना किसी सहानुभूति के जल्द से जल्द सलांखो के पीछे पहुचायेगी तथा सरकार प्रभावित लोगो को उचित इलाज व मुआवजा मुहैया कराएगी. हम ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करते है कि हताहत लोगो के परिवार वालो को इस सदमे को सहन करने कि शक्ति प्रदान करे व मृत आत्माओ को शांति दे. लेकिन हमारी सच्ची श्रध्धांजलि यही होगी कि हम इसके लिए जिम्मेदार लोगो को अति शीघ्र जेल का रास्ता दिखाए तथा यह भी सुनिश्चित करे कि इंसानियत को शर्मसार करने वाली ऐसी घटनाओ कि भविष्य में पुनरावृति न हो.

इस तरह कि घटनाये ऐसे ही नहीं घट जाती है. उसके लिए प्लानिंग व आर्थिक सहायता कि दरकार होती है. उसको अंजाम देने के लिए विस्फोटक व तकनिकी ज्ञान की जरूरत होती है. स्थानीय लोगो की मदद के बिना ऐसे काम मुश्किल होते है. यह सब काम एक दिन में नहीं किये जा सकते. हमारी पुलिस व प्रशाशनिक मशीनरी को अधिक सतर्क व चोकन्ना रहना होगा. जासूसी एजेंसियों की सूचनाओ का विश्लेषण कर ऐसे कदम उठाने होंगे की इस तरह की घटनाये असंभव हो.

अगर यह क्रोस बोर्डर आतंकवाद कि घटना है तो हमें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दबाव बनाकर उन देशो पर लगाम कसनी होगी जो उन्हें आर्थिक मदद व पनपने का मौका देते है. समय आ गया है की हम ऐसी ताकतों को विश्व समुदाय के समक्ष बेनकाब करे तथा सबक सिखाये.

We are committed to our social responsibility and thus happy to annouce a new scheme of "BLOODBANK" for the benefit of our community members. A list of all donors will be published in the "BLOODBANK" Section with their location and contact details. Any needy member of our community can contact them either directly or through us for blood requirement. We expect that the young, dynamic and new generation of our community who are physically fit without any major ailment will come forward and register themselves irrespective of their gender. Please remember your blood can save life of someone. A healthy person can donate blood without having any negative or adverse effect in the body.

Community Centre at Bhayander, Mumbai

Shri Rajasthan Namdev Chhipa (Shimpi) Samaj, Mumbai is planning to start construction of building on its land (see picture) at Bhayander, Mumbai. It is an ambitious project involving huge investment. The land is about 12000 sq. ft. and construction may be permitted upto 36000 sq. ft. since the objects of the sanstha is charitable in nature. The building should ideally have a multipurpose community hall (Sabha Griha), a party hall with proper accomodation and cooking facility, a temple of Shri Namdevji Maharaj, a students' hostel with kitchen facility, an old age home, guest rooms for our community members who come from outside Mumbai, proper parking facility etc. Work is going on to give these ideas a proper shape so that it can be converted into reality. Since, it is a huge project the benefit of which will be extended to generations to come, it should be implemented after thorough discussion so that nothing is left out.

Yatra 2010 to Vaishnodevi, Haridwar, Mathura etc.

Shri Namdev Vitthal Sewa Mandal, Mumbai is organising Yatra to various places in north India in the month of 2010 exclusively for our community members. This is the 5th yatra in a row and all previous yatras were huge hits. This yatra will depart from Mumbai on 19.04.2010 by Swaraj Express and will end on 01.05.2010 at Mumbai. The Yatra Charges are kept at Rs. 8,501.00 per adult, Rs. 8,000.00 for Senior Citizens and Rs. 6,500.00 for children between 5 to 12 years of age. This is an all inclusive yatra with catering, accomodation, transportation and train fares.

Quarterly magazine in Hindi from Mumbai

Dear Friends,

For the past few days we are seriously thinking of publishing a quarterly magazine from Mumbai in HINDI. The idea behind such a thought is to provide a platform to our Samaj members to express their views, share their ideas in Hindi with the other community members. We believe that the online platform which we have provided through our website www.namdevchhipasamaj.net does not reach to the people who are not techno savvy and comfortable with information technology. Large section of our society including women, children, retired and elderly people still depend upon print media to satisfy their hunger for information. Looking into all these aspects we are planning for a magazine, the benefit of which will reach to those people who do not operate a computer system either due to lack of knowledge or available resources.

Your comments/suggestions are welcomed.

समाज बंधुओ द्वारा "जय श्री नामदेव" का अभिवादन कितना उचित ?

(श्री जसराजजी सोलंकी, मुंबई के शब्दों में )

परम आदरणीय समाज बंधुओ,
जय श्री विट्ठल
आज में आपसे एक विशेष विषय पर आप सबकी राय जानना चाहता हु, की समाज बंधू आपस में मिले तथा फ़ोन करे तो किस नाम से संबोधन करे "जय श्री विट्ठल" या "जय श्री नामदेव"।

सर्वप्रथम में आपको यह बता देता हु की संत नामदेवजी के प्रति मेरे मन में अपार सम्मान है, जिन्होंने हमें ज्ञानभक्ति द्वारा परमेश्वर को पाने का तरीका बताया। साथ ही परोपकार, प्रेमभक्ति, समभाव, धेर्य, हर्दय की शुद्धता, समर्पण की भावना, जीवन की सच्चाई की अपने अभंगो में सरलतम व्याख्या की, ताकि हम उनके उपदेशो को जीवन में उतारकरअपने दुर्लभ मनुष्य जीवन को सफल बना सके उसके लिए हमारा समाज ही नही बल्कि पुरी मानवजाती उनकी जन्म जन्मान्तर ऋणी रहेगी।

आज अगर संत नामदेवजी भी हमारे साथ होते तो वे स्वयं का जयकारा का संबोधन कभी नही कराते बल्कि भगवन का जयकारा कराते। कोई भी संत या सदगुरु अपने शिष्यों को जो गुरुमंत्र भी देते है तो भगवन का नाम उसमे अवश्य होता है उसका मूल कारन यही है की प्रभु का नाम स्मरण से ही हम परमानन्द को प्राप्त करते हुए चोरासी लाख योनियों के बंधन से मुक्त हो सकते है।

संत तुलसीदास जी ने भी अपने इस दोहे में भगवान नाम की महिमा की व्याख्या इस प्रकार की है :-

"कलयुग केवल नाम अधारा, सिमर सिमर भव: उतारहु पारा"

उपरोक्त दोहे का भावार्थ यही हे कि इस कलयुग में केवल प्रभु के स्मरण से ही आप भवसागर पार कर सकते है तो हम भी संबोधन में प्रभु का नाम लेकर हमारी नैया प्रभु के हवाले कर देवे।

जैसा कि आप सभी जानते है कि कोई भी समाज में संतो के नाम का जयकारा नही होता है। यहाँ में कुछ समाज का उदाहरण दे रहा हू :-

समाज का नाम = संबोधन

१ पुरोहित समाज = जय श्री रघुनाथजी

२ रावल समाज = जय महादेव

३ अग्रवाल व महेश्वरी समाज = जय सियाराम
४ माली, कुम्हार, लुहार, चौधरी व सनातम धर्म कि कई जातियां = राम राम, जय रामजी की, जय श्री कृष्ण

५ मेघवाल समाज = जय रामदेवजी

६ अन्य ........ हरी ॐ

(अपने समाज में भी ज्यादातर लोग "जय रामजी की" ही बोलते है)

उपरोक्त पुरा अध्धयन करने के पश्चात मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है कि हमें "जय श्री विट्ठल" या "जय श्री कृष्ण" के नाम का संबोधन करना ज्यादा उचित है, कृष्ण व विट्ठल एक दुसरे के पर्यायवाची शब्द है, संत नामदेवजी कृष्ण भगवान को सदा विट्ठल नाम से ही पुकारते थे।

उपरोक्त विचार मेरे अपने है, में आप सब कि राय को भी जानना चाहता हु, आपकी राय का स्वागत है।

अंत में श्री विट्ठल भगवान से प्रार्थना करता हु कि आप सदा समाज बंधुओ पर ऐसे ही कृपा बरसते रहे, संत शिरोमणि श्री नामदेवजी महाराज से भी अरज करता हु आप भी समाज पर आशीर्वाद बनाये रखे, ताकि समाज में आपस में प्रेम भाव बढे तथा खूब तरक्की करे।

Shri Namdev Chhatravas, Falna

Dear Members,

There are lot of people who have studied at S.P.U. College, Falna and stayed at Shri Namdev Chhatravas. I was also a part of the same institution and proud of being so. I finished my B. Com in 1986 and stayed in Chhatravas in 1983-84 and for other years too I used to stay there occassionally. I am sure there must be lot of people of our community who have stayed at Shri Namdev Chhatravas, Falna but settled at different places and do not get chance to meet/talk to their old friends either due to not knowing their whereabouts or lack of contact details. However, everybody in their heart want to re-unite with old friends and refresh their old memories. If you are interested in re-association with your old friends I would request you to introduce yourself here with a brief note about yourself, your contact details, email, telephone nos. etc. Even if you have not studied at Falna, don't worry, you can still put up your details here. Dear Members,

One of the respected member of our community has suggested to start a "Var Vadhu Parichay Sammelan" in metro cities. According to him this is the need of the hour and it will help our members to find a suitable match for their kids. What do you think ? Whether we should have it ?
